Pokémon Go turns 7 this month, and Niantic is celebrating with an event that will focus on several fan-favorite Pokémon, including all of the starter Pokémon currently available in the game. Players will also have the opportunity to get a guaranteed Shiny Mew by accepting the challenge of some new Master Investigations.
For those who have participated in previous anniversary events, the Pokémon Go 7th Anniversary Party will feature similar content, but will also include new faces. From July 6-12, players will see a slew of starter Pokémon, the three Legendary Birds of Kanto, and have a chance to earn Mega Energy for six Starters that can access Mega Evolution.
The main attraction for players who are not interested in those encounters is a new Master Research set, All-in-One #151, which will guarantee you the chance to get a shiny Mew.
Mew and you
For $5.00 USD (or the equivalent local currency price), you can claim the master research story “All in One #151”.* Upon purchase, you will have access to a master research story that is designed to be completed over time.
Holders of this ticket will have access to the master research story during the 7th Anniversary Party. To receive the Master Research, you must open Pokémon GO sometime between Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10:00 am and Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 8:00 pm (local time). After receiving the master research, you will be able to complete it at your leisure.
